1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
A return or replacement may be initiated only if:
- The product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered at the time of delivery
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided
- “Product labels, seals, and batch details must be intact”
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
5. REPLACEMENTS
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on availability and customer preference
Replacement shipments are dispatched only after verification.
6. MARKETPLACE ORDERS (IMPORTANT)
For orders placed through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Apollo Pharmacy, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, the return and refund policies of the respective platform will apply.
Dannac Healthcare will process returns and refunds strictly in accordance with the platform’s policies and procedures.
7. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted
- Dannac Healthcare reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or payment issues
8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a visibly damaged or tampered package:
- Do not accept delivery
- Inform our customer support immediately
Accepted deliveries without prior complaint may not qualify for replacement or refund.
